1) Agile pending submission financial report s
2) Negative cash flow since 2020.
3) You judge.

I thought Agile Group is from China or Hong Kong, met them before when they are one of the sponsors of a golf competition. That time I no heard about them before, so I enquired about their company background (networking small talk, kan) - they like offended I dunno about Agile Group and like don't want to layan marhean like me.

I think with the China Real Estate crisis many Chinese Developers are in the red, but no comment on their Malaysian operations. They have another project in Jalan Ampang near the Jalan Tun Razak crossroad with Jalan Ampang.

You see evergrande hengda ,and have a look at China property market. Judge yourself.
