on 29 march 2022 .. i start filling my report to shopee .. .. It was great that they actually reply me with official follow up email ...
saying that they are looking into my issue .... ok ok ..ok .. i am impressed and please ..
3 days gone pass . no more news .. . i called up the CS ... again was impressed .. another email , replied by another staff of shopee.
3 days gone pass .. again I called the CS .. but me was very very angry bcos .. they put me on hold .. then the line cut off ..
call CS again .. for the third time ..and repeated my story .. to another shopee CS staff.
again 3 days gone pass .. guess what ..another email received .. sender by another shoppe staff
So finally till today .. I spoke via phone to 5 different persons at shopee .. and received email from 4 different staffs of shoppe
Shopee is very very well in using this dirty Tactic of ignoring my issue , and using this delay tactic .. so that i rest the case my self
Bravo shoppee .. you win ...

unbelievable that a Multi million company like shopee , which spending Millions of ringgit in marketing .. but could not even give a justified answer to my case... which .. only worth just over a hundred ringgit transaction
Really shame on the reputation of Shoppee ..and thank you shoppee .. I am wiser now ...

SHOPPEE IS A SCAM HEAVEN. the cuscare are farking useless. Dnt expect to get anything done. My own experience- rm120 gone.
