I need some suggestions for this size Currently i am using xm2 the previous version for about 4 years now and it is very noisy and not gripping in the wet ..started cracking on the upper sidewall and chipping as Michelin has chipping issue I have considered some tyres such as es32 yokos, dunlop j6...these i know for now...i don't want xm2+ because the car used only for short trips..

Dunlop j6 feels almost like xm2, cc6 is good mid budget tyre too.

Ohh no too small for myvi...how about the yokos are they ok..will they lose grip overtime because xm2 after 50% the grip is worsening until spinning in wet with only half throttle which is such a waste can't use the fully use the tyre This post has been edited by Theeban: Apr 19 2022, 09:58 PM

BTW you always race in rain or what can drive until spinning in wet? If you want the best, currently Falken SN832 tops the chart for 175/65/R14 tires. https://www.tyrereviews.com/Tyre/Falken/Sin...N832-Ecorun.htmhttps://www.tyrereviews.com/Article/2018-AD...-175-65-R14.htm Stamford tyres is the main distributor if Falken tires in Malaysia https://www.stamfordtyres.com.my/sincera-sn832i/

Any review for Viking CT6 tyre? Planning to change two and friend's feedback is ok, no complain for this budget tyre.

You already mentioned budget tires, so not much can shared. The most need to be carefull during driving in wet as lower cost tires usually is not that good in wet handling & braking situation.

Yes, just for city driving and hopefully last another 1-2 years before my rear tyre worn out as well, as have plan to change car in the future.
