For individual tax, only professional membership fees is claimable.

Exam fees not allowed by income tax, at least for individual tax, thus far...

Only those that are still studying for the course can claim? Because should be claim under Education Fees section right?

What about those already fully completed their ACCA? Is claim under which section? Doesn't make sense if also claim under Education Fees, because already finish study sweat.gif sweat.gif

Asked LHDN officer conducting a seminar at coy the same question. She said to directly deduct against the employment income. Keep your supportings ready when asked.

That's correct. It's actually inside the explanatory notes for the form that you can download from the income tax website.

can I know where to claim? My employment income is fixed and cannot be manually changed when I am filling the BE form.

This is annual membership fees. Need to pay to maintain the CPA and MIA license

This is not for taking the exam or go for classes 😅

I've been doing it throughout the years and only once kena audit. The officer also was satisfied with my receipts. Touch wood, hopefully no more future audits 🤞🤣
