Location: Guam (US territories) but will fly to SEA, several times annually, one week per trip occasionally for site audit.
Average Working Hours Per Week (incl lunch hours): 40-48 hrs.

Basic Salary + Fixed Allowance: RM17000 (530000JPY after tax and insurance payout (70000JPY or MYR2200))
Bonus: 5.5 months/yrs.

Work Flexibility (where relevant): Partial as I need to roam all the sites.
Work From Home Availability: No unless you have valid reason (Online meeting that goes over 5pm)
Annual Leaves: 20 days (previous year's unused pay leaves will add up, so I have 30-40 unused days) + 3 times 10-day leave annually to return to home country (airfare fee waived and will be reimburse afterward).
Flexi Working Hours: No. Expected to turn up at 8-5.

Benefits (where relevant):
Health Benefits: Covered by oversea insurance. (Deducted RM300 from monthly salary)
Transport Benefits: Vehicle provided; all fuel expense waived.
Mobile / Internet / Gadget Benefits: laptop, phone provided.
Other Benefits: Accommodation provided, with water/electricity/utility/house internet fee waived. The only thing not waived is food.

*My company deployed me outside of Japan to work so they provided this kind of benefit. They will not provide this kind of benefit if I worked inside Japan.
*My company have Malaysia subsidiary and if I am to be deployed there, same benefit still applies because they still consider me "employee based in HQ Japan."
