I got paid in crypto 😎

I paid my taxes myself as I billed the project as consultant

Hey Teddy, can I ask you some questions?

How to get a job like yours? Not your current position, the first position you got when you broke into the crypto industry.

And I'm assuming that your current team is international? In a role like this, how important is your English proficiency?
Like do you have to talk to the team frequently and if having an accent would prevent someone from getting promoted?

And great job by the way. You're doing really well.

For current blockchain, web3 and NFT, you can easily broke into this industry by simply active on Twitter, Reddit, and Discord

Join many project, learn about and active in their community, by helping and share knowledge. You will get notice of the team member and may get invite to be part of team

If you have technical knowledge, build your own project or task on github, share with project that you want to be part of them , either to learn or get paid doing something for them

Communication is the key. Unless you are a technical person, and focus on tech, then accent doesn’t matter.

But for front facing or management, you need to be good at communication I.e clear in delivering the key point and message, guide and mentor the team

Accent doesn’t matter tbh, just need to be clear in communication

My English has weird accent but I can communicate well haha

Well done! I've been looking for a remote backend dev job for the past few weeks without success.

Any tips? Like what website to use and did you apply through company website, etc. Thanks!
