Growth prospects : Contract, so no idea. They prefer to give open permanent positions to existing employees. But 6 months is a short time to secure a permanent placement so it depends on whether opportunities open up which is seldom in this company
Where I will go from here : Already looking out for opportunities similar to the current where it is an individual contributor role (Project Management, Specialist, Business Analyst etc.) and in a similar industry (CPG)
