The problem is I have no idea my position in the market in term of salary. No peers or friend working in same field

Hi everyone,

I got an offer with MNC shared service company. The total package is around 12% increase from current salary. Any advice whether should I consider the move? A bit worried since this is shared service

Other benefit is more or less the same. Tbh, global inflation is catching up with me atm and an increment is very desirable. However I will be 30 soon and at this stage career growth is important to me, moving up from current role will take another 1-2 years.
