Hi all,

I'm selling my 1st house and intend to make EPF loan reducing withdrawal for my 2nd home which was already purchased in 2017.

Called EPF Hotline and was told to prepare the following:
1. Sale & Purchase with buyer for the 1 st house
2. Proof of ownership transfer - local authority or LHDN

My question is on item 2 above.

How do I go about to get the proof?

All legal provedures (SPA, Form² etc) was done about 1 month ago.

Request a photocopy of the new title from the purchaser ..... provided he agrees to give it to you, or

Do a land search after 1 month of completion of SnP.

I was told by EPF officer to either go to LHDN or MBPJ, but not sure what to ask from them.

This is an apartment, so under strata and will take few months to complete, hence the above advise by EPF.

The property is under MBPJ.
