At 615pm, I took both my kids to Chili's midvalley, and was denied entry because of buka puasa at 721pm. I told the captain I'll be in and out before buka puasa, but was made to leave. Is that normal?

Since when policy not allow entry because of buka puasa. I guess maybe table is fully book and they want to fully prepare for buka puasa, kitchen, table and all.

They're fully booked. They must get all orders ready, served on table b4 the buka puasa bell rang. May have some delivery orders to prepare too.

So avoid halal restaurants 6-8pm. Come back after 8pm.

Idk normal or not but imo should be first come first served.

Even if i puasa i wouldnt make someone give up their table for me just because i buka puasa.


And then there are ppl that hog the table waiting buka puasa......

Don't go to mid valley, not for people go one.

First time in malaysia or what ? This is normal , saw same thread about this brand fb rejecting customer for fasting few years back.

Is buka puasa time. Go to non halal place and you have plenty of place to seat. Why would you wanna fight with people really in need and make all kind of noise about it

Give chance la. The orders probably packed ans they wanted all orderes delivered before buka to make sure everyone can buka at same time

U go there bikin jam saja. Crew also want to eat

Else become viral staff abuse la chilli bad service la buka time food not on table la

Just eat non halal conlanfirm no issue during this time
