I kena before from maxis, everything cleared but after few years when I want to get a subline for my mobile service, they claim there are outstanding that needs to be cleared else they wont allow a new line.

yup, i heard maxis are very notorious on this. i receive the outstanding invoice by mailing to my home address and my line are terminated now unable to check via app. Previously your outstanding is pay at Maxis Store is it?
