Wtf additional 50K to have 1 motor bay.
Additional 70K to have 1 car park bay.

Since when motor bay also got dedicated lot? First time seeing this.
But skyworld very famous for offering very limited motorbike parking. Can see their projects mostly motor need to park outside the guardhouse.

I think they bundled with the furnishing package price.

Whats the difference between premium 340k and 350k + 1 motor bay

like additional 10k for the motor bay je
