The reason why skyvogue and the upcoming skyworld projects in taman melawati and cheras don't have rumawip units is because they built their rumawip quota in setapak and sentul.

Wtf additional 50K to have 1 motor bay.
Additional 70K to have 1 car park bay.
Since when motor bay also got dedicated lot? First time seeing this.
But skyworld very famous for offering very limited motorbike parking. Can see their projects mostly motor need to park outside the guardhouse.
