Hi, lately my company company email server always get blocked and of course I ask the technician who haldled the server but till now no answer
So I becomes frustrated so I ask here what is good and affordable web based email server in malaysia right now? Is it easy to migrate the old setting to new ones?

Or is there solutions? please help... I'm IT person but not on networking background.

switch to either O365 or google apps for business, problem solved.

if you are hosting at those webhost shared hosting plan, probably one of the client there infected with virus or spamming others, hence the whole IP address blocked.

If not can consider hosting a cPanel server and route through a reputable SMTP relay. Confirm 100% no block.

actually want to change from cPanel...

w7 is ok, if you use microsoft outlook, you will need at least office 2013 with modern authentication patch. anything before 2013, i.e 2010, you can only depend on webmail.

usually kalau kena block then pls check your domain name.

probably high on blacklist.
