Help on the Timeframe of Buying A House, Strata Title House

Hi guys.
My agent said now the DRR is at High Court waiting to be revoke. Since this is his first time dealing with strata title, he cannot gave me the exact timeline.  Base on the timeline above, how long the estimated time for court to revoke the DRR? And how long till I get the house key? It's a master title, strata house. Plus I live in Kedah. Thanks in advance. |

why ask agent ? should ask your lawyer (buyer lawyer) as lawyer is doing all the transfer matters

If still under Master Title, yet to get the Strata Title, it will easily need 6 months +- duration. That was before the Covid-19. Post Covid-19, you may experience slightly longer time.
