Like it or not, players go where the money is. Our players also played like shiet when no player incentives due to sanctions

James only earn 60k per week, if RM give him 300k or 400k pw you think he won't go ke? I hope board realize this and start renegotiate his contract to give him salary bump soon cos he earned it

Rudiger got offered 400k by RM, we only offered him 200-250k lul, that was easiest decision he needed to make

Impossibru, the current site too limited... got two options

Option 1: Redevelop stamford bridge but live with the limitations
- Super expensive costs, can't build too high or neighbours complain you obstruct their sunlight, can't be wider cos obstructed by two train lines, hospital, graveyard. Also need rent another stadium to play there while waiting for construction to finish
- 60,000 seat capacity is the limit, if want bigger then need to move to a new venue

Option 2: Build new stadium and move there
- Way cheaper than redeveloping stamford bridge, less disruptions... team can continue playing at stamford bridge until new stadium is complete
- Lesser restrictions means we can build 60000, even 100000 seat capacity stadium (as big as camp nou)
- Problem is we need to change name (can't call the team chelsea anymore) if move to new stadium, cos chelsea pitch owners punya rules

Option 2 is the way to the future. Arsenal, man city, leicester all did it
