Bruno is not effective anymore under RR tactics. I doubt he will under ETH. Ole build the team around Bruno and let him focus on attack only. In a team play, he is useless.

They really need to give ETH 100% if they want to change... Otherwise just get Poch.

Is Man Utd a commercial club?? I starting to agree with LVG comment. The club keep on renewing underperforming players and offer crazy amount of salary to players who do not fit.

The club delay in sacking Ole because he is the perfect mgr for them... someone who listen to whatever board decide.

The club sacked JM immediately because he wanted the club to kick Pogba (and he is right), but the club never backed JM and kick JM. This just show how poor mgmt the club is, they never supported manager and only want to protect your profit.

Talking abt Man Utd "DNA", where is the DNA? When SAF wanted to oust Keane, the club supported. When SAF wanted to oust Jaap Stamp, the club supported, and the list goes on with Beckham, Ruud, etc... SAF has full backing from the club, he has been given authority and the players can see that. No players dare to challenge SAF.

But today, players realize the board will never supported the manager. Players have more power than manager... so not even Pep Guardiola can do better than any of the manager we hired because he will never have the authority over players.

Well, that's the pressure of managing Man Utd if he going to become the manager. Get used to it then.

And by the way, it has been 9 years since SAF retire. These 9 years, I wonder how many new generations fans Utd has lost over to Liverpool and City... The commercial impact will come back to haunt them in coming years.

This is why the board need to support manager 100%. If manager wants to axe a player, the board need to support him regardless how famous the player is. The board need to tell the players, the manager is in charge! Otherwise, no players will listen to manager no matter who he is. If the board do not support the manager, the players will just play casually to get the manager sack and think it is not their fault. If the board want someone who listen to them only, just hire back Ole, I am dam sure we will see Utd in Championship soon.

Pogba has caused many managers sacked... why still offer him a contract? If Pogba is to offer a big pay contract and he signs, this club is hopeless. No one buying his shit anyway, his shirt is not worthy.

Assume without any new signing, is this the best we can lineup next season under ETH?
