Generally it depends on traffic conditions, driving speeds, load of car, type of cars (SUVs, sedans, sports car) , engine efficiency (Myvi > proton), types of engine (PHEV EV ICE),.....

Quite big difference, 1.8 sedan (Honda) vs 2.0 SUV in CVT is about twice the consumption in petrol.

I think 21l (1.8) vs 17l isn't that much a difference.
Would like to see how 1.6 consume in comparison.
1.3 is a big small for highway, 1.6 or 1.8 is optimum?

depend on how you drive and car

auto cruise at 110? or keep zoom zoom 140?

long time ago i did once via auto cruise 110 to 120 all the way from PG to sungai buloh

508 1.6L tebu fetch 3 adult - rated 6.6L/100km

correlate via refilling before n after.. very close

Vios is 1.5.
I think 1.5-1.8 consumption arguably is not much difference already.

737 burn around 650 gallons per hour.
So 51 minutes is around 637.5 gallons.

Actually it start as a thought exercise comparing private airplane (160hp Piper Cherokee)
They burn around 17.41 liter per hour, KLIA to Penang is around 1.4 hour so it is 24.34liters, somewhat comparable to car figures.
But they can only burn RON 100LL fuel, so it is around RM112 in fuel.

That is around 51mpg.
Given diesel price today, it would amount to a bit more than RM16.
Very good, under 20 achievable in diesel.

KL to Penang realistic. KL to Penang is around 220 miles, Tesla full charge is a bit under 400 miles I think, still left a bit to run around the city.
The issue is recharge times only.

That on a 2.0L diesel saloon, as i say u can imagine what the figure is gonna be if they bring in those 1.4 or 1.6 diesel fiesta golf or polo which weight less, probably close to 80MPG.

Currently in UK is actually cheaper to fill up your diesel with off the shelf cooking veg oil rather than the real diesel itself.
