Frankly speaking, I have no idea why they need to check your CTOS. The VA must be a dumbass, by right with a score of 700++
any application should be a breeze through.


You should go the old school way, mudah.com or propertyguru
Find the area of rental and find an agent...let him know your preference and budget.

just checking, your CTOS is latest or not? by that I mean did you pay? Because if you don't pay it will just give you the last available one which is not updated

you better off getting CCRIS access la, not hard, all done online. CTOS is just taking your CCRIS data

CTOS thing usually involved stupid issues if it is not from fin company ie ;

1) Telco Maxis, Digi, Celcom
2) Internet : UNIFI etc

CTOS updating for banks as trade reference if there are any legal actions and they do pull out CCRIS report as well


since u say your only reflective credit facility is credit card, i assume it is paid accordingly so should not be any issues

check for PTPTN if you have any as well

Could you pls pm me your contact, I'll check it out. We don't use CTOS, we use Experian, but I don't think that data would defer much. We also have internal data to run against, suppose it's a mistake, I'll correct it for you.

CTOS is not same as CCRIS

You need to go to Bank Negara to pull your own detailed CCRIS record. This one, no bank or financial institution has access to - they only get a summary.
Based on my personal experience, no one is fallible, and a stupid clerical error at OCBC caused the bank to mistakenly double count the value of my outstanding mortgage reported to BNM. Caused me trouble on my 2nd mortgage application.

Now can ECRISS already bro.

You can go ask bank for loan, might get rejected also.

Bedsides race, maybe they evaluate your work environment as well. For eg: grab/fp drivers/contractors with inconsistent salary may not be viewed favourably.

Of course they need to check. Alot ppl rent homes then never pay rent or just run away without paying the utilities . Speedhome has insurance for this but of course they need to protect their interests as well

I made a mistake. as I realise now.. I have a good score but saw this app was easy to find properties and I liked the unit after viewing as well as the owners.. but all was screwed up by some AI asshole system they have.. I also called my friend in BMW credit on my CCRIS score.. as they have already sanctioned a open loan for 400k to get my EV.. They said no issues with my score...
