I have 1 credit card only with bills paid up todate and a car loan balance 40k going to end in an year...

I checked my CTOS score and it is over 700 which is "Very good"

Then why these speedhome idiots decline ?? Experts advise please

Other options means use real estate agent

Just use Google to search for agents near where you want to rent

CTOS good doesnt mean your record is good.

it might mean you do not have enough record of transactions .

sometimes too good clean record is not good. look this up, it's explained

Frankly speaking, I have no idea why they need to check your CTOS. The VA must be a dumbass, by right with a score of 700++
any application should be a breeze through.
You should go the old school way, mudah.com or propertyguru
Find the area of rental and find an agent...let him know your preference and budget.

CTOS thing usually involved stupid issues if it is not from fin company ie ;

1) Telco Maxis, Digi, Celcom
2) Internet : UNIFI etc

CTOS updating for banks as trade reference if there are any legal actions and they do pull out CCRIS report as well
since u say your only reflective credit facility is credit card, i assume it is paid accordingly so should not be any issues

check for PTPTN if you have any as well

CTOS is not same as CCRIS

You need to go to Bank Negara to pull your own detailed CCRIS record. This one, no bank or financial institution has access to - they only get a summary.
Based on my personal experience, no one is fallible, and a stupid clerical error at OCBC caused the bank to mistakenly double count the value of my outstanding mortgage reported to BNM. Caused me trouble on my 2nd mortgage application.
