I have this problem for quite a few months.
I can't access certain websites/Applications at a certain time.
the websites are random, but surely not something popular like WhatsApp or YouTube.
List of websites/Applications that I cannot access in specific day/hours in a month (can be any day, any hours, quite random)
1. Telegram
2. Zoom
3. Lazada
4. Shopee
5. Microsoft Sharepoint
and many more... (I should list them down next time)

I can't access in certain time, but I can access them the next day.
Most of the day I can access them, but there is 1 or 2 days in a month, I can's access certain of them.

I called hotlink a few times,
they asked me to check this, check that, reset this refresh that...
after ding ding dong dong,
then they said it is my phone problem.

but at anytime,
once my phone connected to the wifi,
I can use just any websites/applications.
but just not working with HUP.

I am using Hotlink Unlimited Plan 3mbps.
Anyone is facing this issue?

Maybe there's some throttle on going with Unlimited Plan OR too slow to load

Looks like your mobile telco is doing some throttling since you mentioned there is no issue when on Wifi.

Try upgrading your mobile telco plan. The 3Mbps speed in your current package is quite slow, suitable for lite usage.

try setting google.dns on phone

I thought possible company phone issue after i switching the hotlink sim card to my personal phone i notice much more slower sometimes the page not even loaded

What I do just simply restart the phone everything is okay , sometimes after out of wifi switching to data similar problem happen again after 10 seconds still not working i simply just restart the phone

you all need to either:
1 . turn on and off airplane mode
or
2. switch off and on the phone

#Hotlink please explain if maxis is aware of this issue ?

what i did always whenever feel internet slow...everytime need to do this so troublesome
