Those message comes from 22333 and later I received one of the installation required message but now I can't find the message again...

New phone it's normal for Telco to blast the settings.
Can ignore for local phone mostly preset jor

Maxis yes they will send you setup like this when first time insert sim in new phone but you can ignore

Same for other telcos
