Hi, please beware to this Malay Tenant, very very tricky and she stayed in my condo at Simfoni Tower, Balakong for a year, very terrible experience
I have attached the IC for you guys to beware, during MCO she owed a lot and I being naive to get bully by her, she did paid but took after many months, at 1st she even fraud the transaction of the payment. She edited the amount of transaction and screenshot sent to me via IBG transfer instead of Instant Transfer, eventually, only RM1 and RM2 has been transferred

She always gave alot excuses that dont allow me to meet her and visit my own house, eventually one day the TA's contract almost ended, she dragged 1 week plus for her to shift her things, once I want to collect the key, she never appear as the time we fixed.

I entered to my house and its nightmare! Wall drilled everywhere, kitchen cabinet spoil, the WORSE thing was, she even stole my dining table! She giving me an excuse that already spoil and will replace one soon as she already ordered, just bullshit. She never response to my call and msg anymore after that day. If you have found someone or know her, please beware and report her.
