Hello, I am planning to buy 3+2 sofa with budget, around rm2-3k...

Got 2 choice which is casa leather or fabric, with 5 years warranty from furniture shop

Which is better for adult without children for long term and easy maintenance?

Someone told me cow leather is the best but it's out of my budget, therefore only can choose between fabric or casa leather.

i guess casa leather is PVC?
IMHO:

fabric:
Pro
1) comfy
2) some able to detached the cover for wash purpose. hence cleaner environment.

Con:
1) dun split any liquid on it. or else, gg. even it is water, sometimes it will have stain mark. unless with cover, then cover it up, no one sees.

PVC:
Pro:
1) no worry on spill liquid or any food.
2) easy clean. remember use only water - no detergent or chemical needed.
3) look more atas abit since it looks like leather.

Con:
1) easily crack over time. once cracked, it looks old. hahaha.
2) getting hot on ur bump bump after long sitting - thats me, im not sure yours.

please ask also what they warranty on.
i believe is not all part warranty. please ask before purchase.

prefer fabric. cover is washable or change to new one. more comfortable in our climate.
leather is either hot and get sticky, or cold in the aircond room. the squeeky sound is annoying too. and once it start to crack, it looks damn ugly.

Fabric is better than fake leather.

Personally..
Fabric one...
But be careful.. not spill liquid or anything 😁
