Need expert advise in this. Looking at size 1098sf Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton 1023sf / 1163sf or Pavilion Suites 718sf. Primary use as city pied-a-terre and will make good use of the facilities available including meeting rooms, gym etc. Please be objective and state your reasons for preferring or not preferring any of the three listed. Thank you..
A one bedder / 1+1 bedder judging from the sizes you mentioned TS.
Four Seasons:
Excellent Location - can access via Jalan Binjai if traffic along Jalan Ampang is heavy.
Convenient - a stone's throw literally from suria klcc.
Brand - there's a certain level of consistency that can be expected from a Four Seasons development worldwide.
Facilities - fantastic, only short of the tennis court that Ritz Carlton has. Meeting rooms plenty to host business meetings, choice of two private swimming pools for the exclusive use of private residences on mid floor and one rooftop. The private banquet room on the top floor is another level. Can host friends and family without them coming to your actual unit high up on Level 65.
Layout - unit layout can be better. the size you're looking at, the plus one room is a little on the dark side as it is windowless.
Finishing - again, can be better despite using high end materials.

Location - Not within immediate vicinity of Twin Towers. Slightly out of the way - however this could also mean it is more private. But if walking down to suria klcc is what you have in mind and this is not quite ideal, might end up drenched by the time you reach.
Grand lobby - of the three, this is the best IMHO. Can feel the space and spacing out of the private lift lobbies are nicely done. Don't feel cramped.
Brand - whilst not quite FS or St Regis, RC is a brand noted for its excellence in hospitality worldwide too.
Facilities - great - the only one with tennis court among the three listed today. most common facilities on Level 9 including swimming pool and gym. however, the fact that the office tower forms part of this development means that staff in the office tower may end up having you as their "view" while you're soaking in the swimming pool.
Layout - probably the best of the three listed especially the 1163sf. very wide living / dining facing the twin towers.
Finishing - not quite the level the other two. lack of marble / granite use makes the place feel not as premium.
Maintenance fee - RM 2.20 is a lot of money psf.
View - not sure if you'd mind having the Jalan Ampang Muslim Cemetery view.
Location - again, not within immediate vicinity of Twin Towers but you're adjoining one of the best malls in town - pavilion. if living next to pavilion is ideal for you then is it. traffic is crazy there though especially rush hours both Bukit Bintang and Raja Chulan side.
Facilities - ok - however, the fact that the neighbouring towers look into the facilities floor. (low floor, not rooftop) means that staff in the office tower may end up having you as their "view" while you're soaking in the swimming pool.
Finishing - among the best if not the best of the three. tasteful and not over the top.
View - high floor (30th floor above) units have nice views especially the twin towers side - you see the towers in a distance.
Carpark - most of the units of this size doesn't have carpark included. renting it from management is absurd at RM 700 monthly.
