What's the reason to give one huge lumpum of money to one lucky person?

Charity and lottery does not make sense of compliment each other.

If want to do charity why not give the huge lumpsum to the needy and it can help thousands of lives and get them going.
Think of it people, why give it to one lucky idiot for him to spend it all? Doesn't this give an opening for some form of corruption and money laundering idea?

Mana ada jeles? The idea's just stupid. Take 95M give to one person and allow him to spend it all? For rewards all the money you gain from so many people buying the lotteries why not be a more social responsible company give the winner 1-2M as consolation for his sheer luck for wining then 90M donate to charity and lift thousands out of poverty state.

Giving entire 95M to one person is waste of productivity unless the prize has hidden reasons to wash...
