Hi all.

Anybody here using digi fibre? Can u share which android box are you using so that i can get one?

The reason i am asking is recently i switched my provider from Allo to Digi Fibre. Since then, i cannot connect my T9 to this WiFi. I can connect other devices to this new WiFi but not T9. I asked this issue in technical issue board and everybody adv me to change setting in router. Digi is using
Zyxel router. This new router combines 2.4 and 5ghz.

Since my T9 has issue keep rebooting every 1 hour, so i want to buy new one but i do not sure which box is compatible with this wifi.

Hopefully anyone here can help me with this.
Many thanks in advance.

try separate the 2.4 and 5Ghz then connect to 2.4 only.
seems to be more stable like that

Tq. I already tried. Its not working. My box can connect to hotspot but not this wifi. I am not so good in troubleshooting, but since i really want to get new box, so i am looking for the one that has no prob with this kind of connection.

I think the problem is not your wifi. The is good chance the your isp is controlling the flow of data stream.
There is a good chance of the DNS or the Network filtering.
Try the following.

1)installed a DNS changer and try to change the dns and then run the program. If it work that mean your isp is blocking some URL from streaming data. Then you can considered
hard code into the network configuration.

2) Installed a free VPN and try several countries to run your program, if it work then your isp is filtering the your ip address from receiving stream data from the provider.
What you could then do is find a free VPN provider and built it into your box and set the on boot to start the vpn. This way all you need is start the box and the vpn is already there.
VPN hide your isp from filtering your steaming data. You may face some slow due the vpn but better than not able to run.

not sure about that. previously i was using Allo and before that TIME. No prob at all using android box. I already called Digi and asked if they blocked android box, and they said no. They dont block and we can use android box without restrictions, at least that what the agent told me.

Hi Bros
I dont think Digi does the blocking, most likely is your ISP DNS setting that filter the streaming. Try changing the DNS
