tried to reach the on phone but the number not in service anymore.

you can try to go EVER LINK FERTILITY CENTRE that is located near federal highway. Prices was affordable around RM300-500. (depend what test). Both couples
will be tested (Male: Sperm count & healthiness) (Female: Number of eggs in ovaries and etc). This would be the first step to check if you have such concerns....
For male normally is advisable not to ejaculate 4 days before the test as they want to know the best sperm count and health of these little boys. Good luck for both of you.
