Went to the show unit. I must say I am impressed with the layout that makes the unit seems larger than it is. But getting in and out from the place might be an issue (traffic).

Are you selling it?? How about the one nearby this project, Saujana Kajang? Which one better in your opinion?

Yes traffic is an issue , i am familiar with this area but i am looking forward to EKVE and SUKE opening . Also MRT 2 opening should boost the MRT connectivity .
Nowadays mostly working from home, so not much traveling during peak hours for me .

No i am not an agent just interested buyer trying to find more details. Saujana Kajang i think next door project but seems to have sold out already.

No since I work on the other side of the city. Last time when I went for a visit there are still lots of units available. But that was long time ago Oct 2021.

Ya would like to know more on the developer if their previous projects are well defined.
