Year 2022, still don’t know the rule of “urgent don’t buy online”?

Not enough rider for the increased orders.
The should really just open more pickup points.

Ampang hub mmg problem. Twice they lost my items.

The rule of thumb, use that 3 days grace period wisely.

I use self collect option too but the item still need to go thru ampang hub before they can send it to the collection point

actually I am on the assumption that sending to collection point will help bcuz they can deliver more item in 1 bulk
but damn, they are so inefficient

Shopee direct 80% parcels to shopee express after they implement 'no choosing courier companies' for sellers. Now they earn alot, but confirm sangkut one

Imagine most of the parcels from dhl , jnt , poslaju, all direct to shopee express fuhh

If buy TV, is it also delivered with shopee xpress and J&T?

1 order placed on 23rd still sangkut until today
another order i place on 25th by dhl already arrived

Not sure also it's better if you ask the seller directly. But again nowadays even the sellers themselves can't pick which courier to enabled edy all random depends on Shopee auto pick system.

i have a parcel of urgent construction material, stuck at Lazada express hub (like 1km from my house) for 3 days. sigh....

Self collect?

kek, spend so much money hiring superstar for marketing but delivery service still like shit. My parcel stuck at Ampang Hub for two weeks, just yesterday got back my refund after requesting on 26/3

Today update

mine was good. less than 48hrs barang sudah sampai.

if you meant that shopee guarantee extended thingy, that shyt is a trap. if parcel no arrive on day before trigger completion, best just terus hentam that return refund button.

That what I usually do. Package say delivered, but did not recieve (usually J&T)/ stuck more than a week at center , that refund button received mortal combat setting.

imagine eh if rate before this rm1.50 per parcel

now slashed to 50 sen

281 parcels x rm1.50 = rm421.50. now become rm140.50. and this is only gross income. you still need to deduct petrol, maintenance, etc.

281 parcels assigned , if you are stationed at terrace housing area like putra heights then really GG

8am till 10pm is a norm

Same, like sh!t. I have a parcel arrived at lazada express center just 1km from my house since 4 days ago, and the promised date of delivery is still another 6 days to go……so all in they are sorting the things there long enough for some things to arrive direct from China.

Went to the hub earlier today, they cant find my stuff amongst all these. Sad. Birthday gift gone just like that

Self collect? How to search

Go there at the counter give them the tracking number. They say they will call me if they find my stuff. But until now no calls

RIP la after 4.4 sales it's gonna get worse when most parcels get dumped here.

That's why for urgent stuff I don't dare to buy from online store. Let alone from Shopee with courier delivery getting crappy nowadays.

Last time all scold jnt kan. Now rasakan ketamakan shopee / shopee express. They 'auto' assign 80% package to shopee express. Sure stuck la.. all delivery fee makan sendiri, rider and hub kurang. Some sellers drop off jauh2, weekend miss pickup smmore..

Somewhat related I guess, but I heard from their outsource talk cock center in Velocity that there's another mass resignation because of internal management changes and.... commission dropped again.

My item stuck at Cheras hub. Which is quite near my place that they send. But when i google, it shows that Cheras hub is closed. Seems weird that my app tracking shows Cheras hub despite not in operation, so where is it?. 3rd party tracking seems to not work. Weird.

I actually appreciate J&T alot cos they really did a good job, and also extremely fast. Now, sigh. My stuff is stucked at the hub which, according to Google Maps, is no longer in operation.

My area J&T always been shit but Shopee all auto assigned my parcels to them since last year with exception of ShopeeMall and overseas shops. Hence why I no longer buying from locals there. Already lost items and asking for refund was real PITA. When I asked sellers to turn off J&T from courier options they refused when parcel missing they blamed me for not waiting another few weeks.

Now they themselves can't even pick their beloved J&T anymore to drop their stuff I'll say padan mukak.

If you notice, whenever shoppee is giving free shipping the mode of shipping is usually SPX. Why? Because they can absorb the cost for the shipping instead of using J&T or other shipping company where shoppee need to fork the cost of shipping or pass it to seller. So just take note when buying from shoppee.

4.4 sale i still x insaf and bought stuff using free shipping voucher.

All my items were shipped by DHL eCommerce. Syukur none of them kena SPX

Shopee Kajang hub also same story...

we were forced to use the service. last time they disallow customer to choose the preferred delivery carrier. then they disallow traders to choose preferred delivery partner.

Cheras hub tak cukup sorter. Yang nak pegi pickup bole apply terus jadi sorter. Dapat jugak upah
