How is the quality compared to local big brands?

Ayam see Lenovo also selling masat chair on taobao, the spec and feature almost same same as local brands. Maybe they also oem from china factory?
The most expensive Lenovo chair still cheaper then local one.

Only worry are warranty and custom kena hold for tax.

i hear if you write bad reviews or say bad thing about China, they will terminate you on the chair.

i bought ogawa zero gravity chair few years back.
customer service langsi af when i ask for new leather replacement they ask to buy new instead.
warranty also 1 year only and one of the airbag rosak after 1.5year

Bought 1 from China before... Then sell to others... Yes for after sale service considered gone but if you buy local also after 1-2 years no more warranty also.... You can find those who can repair if your China massage chair rosak after few years.. More or less the mechanical same with those local brand imported

More than 1 year but I used it 2-3 times weekly... So far so good... The most important you know massage chair technician who can repair then should be OK. But if you worry warranty just buy here la. The only advantage you buy from China is you can save a lot for high spec massage chair...
