I am looking to raise funds for my current Pre Orders we have received by Restaurants & Hotels & regular orders for the next 6 months.

Funds are raised to pay the fishermen/boats upfront to secure good pricing & availability.

Restaurants & Hotels are given credit up to 90 days to clear before they place their next order.

Key points : -

1. Minimum of 10k invested.

2. 5% to 10% fixed profit on the sum invested depending on the size/duration of the order.

3. Capital + % is returned in FULL in 3 or 6 months/ 90 days or 180 days or earlier upon collection of payment from the restaurant.

4. A legal agreement signed btw the investor & myself.

Participated in few project and had not received payment for more than 6 months. Still waiting him to resolve my case.

Would like to know any other parties who have invested but yet to get their returns. Then perhaps a joint action after gathering all information & affected parties.

You need to start questioning those who endorsed TS.... The endorsement itself sounds like a copy paste from TS

But report police also useless. They will tell you this is a civil case. You can sue him to bankruptcy in civil courts.

The endorsements are all fake. This guy has ran off the past half month.

Plenty of excuses when asked for repayment
Floods caused loss of stocks
Had accident in hospital
Family issue need to settle
Bank didnt transfer

List goes on and on
