Be careful as Lenovo tend to blacklist third-party cards as they did on ThinkPads.
U will need to buy cards with Lenovo FRU printed on the label to be compatible.
I had trouble looking for a 4G WAN card for my L440 once. Sellers at Shopee all selling the same thing and each stated no Lenovo FRU required. So I bought one and the laptop refused to boot. I then sold it off at Carousell and bought another from Lazada which has the Lenovo FRU printed on it. Works like a charm.
The same goes for WiFi cards. Anything that uses the M.2 slot has to be certified by Lenovo. Most of the AX200 cards sold online don't.
