Hi guys. Problem as described. My house second floor can hear neighbor next door.

The screaming I dont mind la, but sometimes sound of kids playing, door closing, loud chit chat can be heard from ceiling.

I don't think this is normal, unless current new house quality is so s💩y. Never experience such thing in any terrace house in my life.
A little bit background, house is still new and under DLP.

Anything I can do? And if register as defect (definitely will do) what can be done?
