Ekceli here don't have dy for now la at least. Most of the upperground majority zhap lap dy become almost ghost area especially its centerstage block. Though very slowly got coming in new tenant. Not sure if 'IM.Possible Coffee House' and 'Hollywood Cafe' can be considered or not.

Dataran punya Trader Square area pulak not sure since seldom pass by middle area part.
