I have a unit (block A, 1124sf) which has been left vacant for few years and I plan to rent it out since the selling price I am looking at (RM440,000) is much higher than the auction units. Do U think anyone would want to rent a bare unit (I can install fan & lights) and rent it for RM1,000.
