Honestly there is no reason for them to rig lotto. It's rm2. And so many low income ppl here. Lotto buyers are usually low income people. So arguably way more buyers than in Aus, NZ, Europe. And with like 1 out 80.5 mil odds? Heck they can make a tidy profits.
