1. if they can live stream in their website, and only those with the ticket can watch. you have ticket, you have the barcode. you 'cant' buy the ticket if it's non-halal to you, so making it public is not an issue because you 'cant' watch if you dont have the ticket.

2. Disclose the database of all ticket bought, with info where it is being issued, what time etc, BEFORE the live draw. No other ticket is eligible to win if it is out of this database.

3. Winner must be publicly announce. if you scare of being kidnap, don't play.
