Anyway the Atrium is a redevelopment of an existing premise - Lanson Place if I am not mistaken. This is situated between Jln Uthant & Jln Ampang, diagonally across the road fr Sayfool International school - so at certain times of the day (morning & noon) will be super congested by parents sending their children to school & during normal office rush hour.

Heard it’s 85% sold already (signed spa) and it was launched in officially Dec 2021.

Location is good, what is the price like?

oh no wonder, how exactly does redevelopment of an existing premise works in Malaysia? they keep the primary building structure and redevelop all others?

and yeah, i feel like that road will be super congested because of the school, and also i am not fond of the white building next to it lol.

This project is almost sold out without any much discussion in this forum. I was informed by the sales agent only left 4 units (biggest size) out of 241 units.
