Blocking the highway made them sama sama salah.

Not drunk case..if drunk case, why only hit 1 car. drunk people where got aware surrounding.will step on accelerator and hit anyone.

Whatever the reason, nobody got the right to block the whole highway/road like this. Charge the ranger driver if he/she committed an offence but charge these super car drivers too for obstruction.
