QUOTE(sean392 @ Nov 5 2007, 02:49 PM) Bass isn't very strong, soundstaging is wide, instrument and vocal seperation is pretty good. And the mids are pretty rich. Vocals, percussion and string instruments sound very good. But, depth of bass isn't something to shout about. Needs an amp to add fullness to the sound. saw a couple on sale at garage salesAnyway where can you find a K171? If I can't get enough cash or I decide to be a miser, K171 should be good for my ears Exactly, no pun intended. Different batches for sure. second hand only around 250 , so heck its about 1k cheaper than a used k701 , and thats all that matters |

Actually, the Diamondback isn't that big, and with the LAN pack, it's quite convenient to carry around.
And yes, I bring my Mouse pad in my laptop bag because some surfaces are glass or reflective which screws with the mouse. And I HATE the touchpad when I'm doing work. |

can i know what' ur table height? i am very curious about that.. and mind tell which kind of chair you are sitting on too.
i am using a 65cm height old school computer table.. with another monitor stand on top of it. usually those standard table without keyboard tray will height around 70~75cm which is quite uncomfortable if you are using a standard unadjustable chair height. i am planning for a 3 computers(all desktop) working desk. Need some idea |

I use my Laptop on the go, so the desk varies......
Can be a regular office desk, down to a coffee table.... so a portable mouse pad is a MUST for me. Luckily the Exactmat and Rest quite easy to fit in my bag, even better since my ExactMat has a bag, thanks to Everdying |
