You try to set all the macro keys again...If still cannot then reinstall driver...
I face this problem too...But sent for technical no problem on their pc...So i think is driver problem...

reinstalled Driver, same problem still occurs OMG.. = = but after reinstall, the first time works, after restart, problem resists again...... regret update driver/firmware..

i predict that it'll be about RM120 when it gets released in msia.. so expensive! but it includes a case.. so its quite reasonable.. but then, only 1 sided.. so its quite expensive again!
