I lost my so-called Golden number (mine has 111111) from Hotlink.
I called Hotlink and they told me once terminated (even within 24 hours) it will return back to its original donor, which was Umobile at that time.
I went to Umobile Service centre, well, that didnt work either. The CS said they sent an email to their HQ , but after that , krik krik krik krik. Nothing.

Yes they did send me SMS reminders it will be 'terminated' but somehow I overlooked / forgotten , then by the time I realised it, I was like "Oh Shit" .

Yoodo is good whereby its app will write "Your line will be terminated in 26 days (2 April 2023)"

Looks like for the first time I need to top up a minimum RM 5 since the starter pack came with zero credit - Only 1 week of 5GB data.

Yes got to reload rm5. Then proceed to buy rm1 validity once the grace period near end. Not sure how many days is current digi prepaid grace period is but for 1 year sim idle need less than rm10. Rm5 x 2 and the rm1 x 10, every time will extend validity plus give grace period.

It was Feb 28th, I didn't take any plan. If I had, I still need to wait until after 15/03 to confirm (which is only tomorrow).

Anyway, I've taken pakej perpaduan on March 4th.

yesterday i use the digi chat support function and the agent mentioned one of the prerequisite to be eligible for SLL RM38 offer is to have an active monthly internet subscription.. this conversation i didn't manage to screenshot unfortunately

I dont have an active monthly internet But I took the 50% discount for SLL given on 3 March promo.
Actual price $108 for 365 days, after discount is $54.
Works out about the same as $15 active internet + $38 SLL.

Digi prepaid consolidation 2023

Been using Digi New Best v2 as a backup line c. 2017 ; now it is been lumped into Digi Prepaid Best 2017 , thanks for the tip every 1-2 days after 15th/ last 2 days of a month BOS (Box of Surprise) in the Digi app Super Long Life is on discount/sale. Make sure you have enough credit.

Same here. Was using Digi New Best V2, then got converted to Digi Prepaid Best 2017.

SLL officially got jacked up to RM108, so decided to say bye-bye to Digi, and moved on to Hotlink Pantas (RM30 for 1 year SIM validity, RM10 for 5GB internet 1 year validity). No need to play hide & seek with Digi.

i notice that digi is extra deceptive in this kind of games/offer .

than say only 0n 15th to end of month. get 38
then offer 50% off ..
than say need at least 1 month valid

I managed to extend SLL using BOS on 3 May 2023.
After I did a RM30 reload to top-up my balance to above RM38 , I closed and restarted myDigi app.
Saw the RM38 SLL in the BOS, proceed to extend.

Been using this Digi Best 2017 Sim card for many years as a backup number. Using an android phone with dual sim in it.
Internet data is from the other Sim card.

Actually, was not aware of 15th to end of month + active monthly internet plan etc. for this RM38 SLL offer.
Will monitor this come next year May. Agreed it is too many hassles if this is true.
