My dear, exercise and food control is not viable now, then you can start with- reduce sugar/salt
- reduce carbo (rice, noodle)
- if hungry replace with fruits (apple, orange, etc)
- cut any fried food
Thats you help to see weight reduction for a start, and later you can tweak it once body adjusts to it.
