My dear, exercise and food control is not viable now, then you can start with
- reduce sugar/salt
- reduce carbo (rice, noodle)
- if hungry replace with fruits (apple, orange, etc)
- cut any fried food cry.gif

Thats you help to see weight reduction for a start, and later you can tweak it once body adjusts to it.

It will be good if you have some like minded at your taman. Thats what we do, after work, aout 4-5 of us, just go for walk, long ago it was like 1-2 km, and now we do 5-10km per session, not necessarily to run, walk is fine as well, while chit-chat, we used to go for some coffee/tea after the walk, but now since due to the covid situation, we stopped getting together at shops, but sometimes, we do hi-tea at home after our walk/run.

Everyone looks forward to meet, after the work stress for the day, so thats how we get motivated, tapi the diet, we keep it strict as I mentioned above, since we are all in our 40s now, some early and some late 40, hence pushing on exercise too much takes a toll on our joints.

Just make sure its a fun thing to do, kalau tak, the motivation goes away.
