i thought inverter tech uses a device to constantly keep temp at desired level, where by conventional is still uses the compressor start-stop tech in which the start-stop process itself consumes more electricity, hence higher bill... no?

before bed, with table fan. bedtime only a/c. if weather too cold, off a/c, on table fan.
