Recently i look landed house for own stay, but confuse choose between semenyih or rawang. Comparing between eco majestic , mutiara hills and emerlard anggun city .
I admit semenyih have good enviroment but still less of bussines center nearby project area. But anggun city the bussines center more alive and crowded. Which one will be develop more faster ???

Yesss. I go there before to survey eco majestic. i really like eco majestic enviroment. But the area still lack of amenities. Dont know need how many years bcm solid township. From investment wise. Should be semenyih price will be more better. But for now if comparing with anggunncity. Now anggun city feeling alive. Cause the bussines center full of shop lot. And more crowed And they said will open another project of bussines center that i aldy see the location on progress too. But so many ppl said semenyih will be more promosing. Just need take little more time. Its make me confuse to buy between eco majestic or emerlard anggun city
