Eco Majestic project is sandwiched between other two township developments, which are Setia Ecohill and Setia Ecohill 2.
The commercial areas are growning, recently Jaya Grocer Eco Majestic opened to bussiness followed by Mr. DIY and others. Setia Ecohill have their own commercial area too which is Ecohill Taipan.You could visit the site to get a look for yourself since viewing from the Google Map is not quite up to date.
From what I can see, Semenyih is growing in terms of population.
