Hello guys,

I'm facing an issue where I can't create a profile after installed the Mac OS Big Sur, it shows "Computer account creation failed". Then I booted to the recovery, open the terminal and type reset password. It open a window for us to reset password but it appears another error stated "couldn't verify credentials because directory server does not support requested authentication method", this is the 2nd time I reinstalled the OS and still getting this error. Any idea how to solve this?

The previous Mac OS doesn't have this kind of issue.

I did post on the Apple section but no respond until now, just wan to know if you guys have any solution on this.

Apple called me for support, unfortunately the result still the same and we basically just repeat the same step as I did yesterday.

If this problem solved, I will write down the solution here in-case you guys ever encounter this problem.
