Last time used to be true because there are many camry/accord on the road, more workshop willing to source the spare parts. Now if the volume is too small, they might need to get from Japan (ori) or TW/CHN (OEM). So end up might drive up the cost and lead time 
On the other hand, there are more BB cars on the road right now, so might be cheaper/easier to get OEM parts.
