My office I give them freedom to work as they see fit, but customer ah... Paling suka make booking 5 minutes before office close. If one or two takpe, berlambak, with questionaires, payment, and even customer service. Not my issue but customer issue. (Well, I pay OT, what to do.)

Balik on time wont kena jeling, but if anyone eat super smelly food, aka something with fish sauce, (durian, me), a guy with habit of eating natto in office, sure kena jeling with words "Please Go Die" in the gaze. Once kena warn that Durian is volatile food, should be eaten in UK or in office coz firefighters come and spent half a day scan around for gas leak.

Lawak lucah is fine. I guess coz my office and everyone in my employment is between the 70s to the 90s. Youngest in the team is born 1994 I think. Before, a lil joke like "Lucky you only expose one shoulder. If two shoulders I cannot control d" is fine joke. But now ah, a little joke about "hey your cleavage is out" is offensive.

Off day is off day. Its strictly practiced here in the UK even if its a Chinaman like me company.

Lunch is lunch. No such practice at all but again, I notice that since the trend of dieting is up and running, many female colleagues (in my office, its 70% women and 30% men) always work while eating. Well, my office pantry provide free flow oolong tea, milk tea, or whatever tea tea milk milk so I guess thats the reason they stay office instead of going out.
